By Road

From the A417 heading north, exit onto the A419, signposted Cirencester Industrial Area and Stroud. Continue to the Cirencester ring road and take the 2nd exit for the next two roundabouts, still heading for Stroud. On the third roundabout, take the 3rd exit towards Waitrose and signposted to the town centre. Turn left at the mini-roundabout and follow the one-way system to the right. Our office is located on the corner, straight ahead of you.

Some of our team even graduated from the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester before launching their careers with Humberts. So, they have a deep understanding of the local rural environment.

We are based in one of Cirencester’s historical buildings – a former police station that dates back to 1858. Cirencester itself is known as the ‘Capital of the Cotswolds’. It is perfectly situated for exploring local areas such as Bourton-on-the-Water, Oxford and Cheltenham.

Adam has spent the last twenty years working across different sectors of the property industry in the South West including estate agency, sales, marketing, and planning and construction. As Head of Land and New Homes, Adam is based in Cirencester but works throughout the Humberts network. He is responsible for building relationships with landowners and developers and leveraging the Humberts branch network, as well as the Rural and Commercial divisions, in order to provide clients with a one stop service from land sale and purchase, planning and development consultancy through to development sales.

Moving to Hampshire after graduating in 2014, she began her property career at a large independent estate agent. Wanting to move back home, she joined us at the beginning of 2015. Julia joined the team at Cirencester in 2015 after relocating from Cumbria to the Cotswolds. Searching for both a family home and schools for her three children has given her a great insight into the area. She was originally appointed as the office co-ordinator and became a sales negotiator earlier in the year, combining her love of property with the very best in customer service to both our vendors and purchasers alike.

Originally a Lancashire lass, Faith has lived all over the country, including Cirencester and a spell abroad. So when the opportunity presented itself to return to the Cotswolds she jumped at it, has now been here for over a decade and calls it home. Faith trained as a town planner but moved into the property sales and lettings business in 2010, joining Humberts in May 2017. In her role, Faith support’s the team to ensure our clients are kept informed and receive the very best customer care. Faith enjoys producing the marketing materials for our clients’ properties and highlighting their uniqueness.

Having grown up on a farm just north of Bath, Sam has lived in the Cotswolds his whole life. As you would expect, he enjoys all aspects of the countryside and really appreciates the values of village and rural life. He joined the Cirencester team in June 2017 following seven proactive years within the industry, working with an independent estate agency in Bath. He thoroughly enjoys how the whole team work with vendors and purchasers on a friendly, yet professional level.
