My research into local estate agents through reading reviews and talking to various individual agents led me to believe that Humberts in Sevenoaks would produce the fastest sale and nearest the asking price. A competitor of theirs offered a slightly lower fee but I am glad I went with Humberts because the sale proved to be quick and we came very close to the asking price.
