Approach from London (M3): Take the A303, the A343 and the A30 to Salisbury. Follow the signs in to Salisbury and, at St Mark’s roundabout, take the 4th exit on to the ring road. At the next roundabout, take the first left in to Castle Street. Our office is situated on the right, on the corner of Avon Approach. The closest car park is the Central Car Park. Approach from Southampton (A36): Follow the ring road to St Mark’s roundabout and proceed as above to our office.
Salisbury has a main line station on the London Waterloo to Exeter St David’s line. The station is a short walk away from the city centre. Our office is located in Castle Street.

Tom has over 16 years experience within residential estate agency, dealing with properties across Wiltshire and Somerset. He joined us, as a manager, in 2014 and heads up an enthusiastic team, who have a combined experience of over 70 years! Tom is focussed on giving the best possible service along with a proactive approach, which results in many long standing clients.
Erin graduated from the University of Reading in 2009 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2011. She has worked in Wiltshire for nine years, starting her career in the public sector, before moving into the private sector in January 2012.
Robert qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1975 and became a Fellow of the RICS in 1989. He has practised in Wiltshire and the surrounding area for over 30 years; initially in the public sector and for the last 25 years dealing with commercial/professional property matters for Humberts. Robert has a wide variety of private and public sector clients, to whom his team provides a range of property services including sales and lettings, valuations, lease negotiations, investment appraisals, commercial and residential developments and business rates appeals. This work covers a diverse range of properties.
Ruth has worked for Humberts for 30 years, having joined the company straight from school. Born in Salisbury, she is devoted to her home city and is an excellent source of knowledge on the city and surrounding areas. With a friendly, welcoming approach to both our clients and those looking to move into the area, she has an enthusiasm for property that has not dimmed with time!
