From the A30, follow all signs for Truro. On entering Truro, proceed down Tregolls Road, take the 3rd exit off the second roundabout on to Fairmantle Street. Turn left on to Lemon Street and our office is located on the left, just after the junction with Carclew Street.
Truro is on the London Paddington to Penzance main line rail route. The station is just a few minutes’ walk from the city centre.

Having begun his estate agency career in Canada, Duncan joined Humberts in 2010 soon taking over the management of the office. With Cornish origins, Duncan has the advantage of both considering himself a local, whilst also having been through the process, which many buyers of Cornish property do, of moving to the County. With a breadth of experience, predominantly in residential and rural sales, Duncan values honesty and professional advice.
Caroline is a Director within the Rural Division. Based in Truro, she has been working in Cornwall for over 20 years. As a RICS Registered Valuer, she carries out rural valuations for a variety of purposes, including secured lending, tax, divorce and partnership dissolution. She is an AMC Appointed Agent and Valuer, and in addition advises clients on a wide range of rural based issues including planning, business restructuring and business planning. She is a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.
Beginning her career in 2004, Jen started with a national corporate agency in Truro, working her way up to the Prestige Department and becoming a very successful valuer. In 2012, Jen joined Humberts and through her continued hard work has been promoted to Associate. Having lived in Cornwall all her life, she has an extensive knowledge of the area. Jen prides herself on her passion for property and dedication to a high level of customer service.
Jessica is a professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and has been with Humberts since joining as a graduate land agent in 2012. Based in Cornwall with Caroline Lawrence, Jessica covers a wide range of professional work including valuations, rural planning, landlord and tenant issues, Basic Payment Scheme and grant scheme applications.
