We are delighted to announce the launch of its new Lettings department which will be headed up by Lettings industry expert Suzanne Diamond.
Before joining Humberts Suzanne had been in the Lettings industry for over 14 years where she spent much of her career at John D Wood as branch manager of their busy Weybridge office. She was chosen to complete Countrywide’s senior management training programme and in 2013 was national runner up at Countrywide’s annual awards for the office with the highest income growth. Since working at John D Wood, Suzanne moved to Curchods, an award winning 21 branch independent agency in Surrey where she was put in charge of growing their new Lettings business and was later appointed Group Lettings Director after successfully starting and running a lettings department within their sister company Burns & Webber.
Ian Westerling MD of Humberts says: “We’re absolutely delighted that Suzanne has chosen to join Humberts at such an exciting time for the Lettings side of our business. She comes with a wealth of experience and we’re very much looking forward to evolving the department over the coming months - both launching new offices and increasing our headcount.”
Humberts are in the process of looking at Lettings branch openings outside of the Capital to complement their existing sales network across the UK of 23 offices. They will also be looking to acquire existing managed portfolios of Lettings properties.
Suzanne Diamond Head of Lettings at Humberts; “I am extremely passionate about Lettings and about offering the very best service possible. Having worked for both a corporate and a large independent agency I have had the opportunity to see the strengths and weaknesses of both types of business and I will be using this information to try and create the ideal service. It’s an incredibly exciting yet challenging time to be in the industry with the many ongoing changes to legislation but there is a real opportunity for us to inject some much needed expertise and levels of service into the #industry. I’m looking forward to working for a heritage brand whilst launching a pioneering new department. “
