Travelling on the A35 in a easterly direction, from the village of Kilmington continue along the A35 for approximately 3 miles (do not turn off to Axminster). Carry on past the Hunters Lodge Public House on your right hand side and then past the right hand turning to Harcombe Lane, and the driveway to Acorns (and Lingmoor, an adjacent property) will be found after about 150 yards on your left hand side. This is just before a fenced and laurel hedged boundary.
