The property occupies a country position although not totally isolated being only about 3 miles from Bridport which has an excellent range of shopping and business facilities, together with a twice weekly market and leisure centre with swimming pool.
The well known town of Beaminster and coastal resort of Lyme Regis are both within easy driving distance. The World Heritage coastline lies approximately 4 miles to the south at West Bay with its harbour and bathing beaches, together with cliff top golf course. Dorchester, the County town of Dorset and the regional centre of Yeovil are also within about half an hour
