The property has been constructed with little expense spared and features bespoke kitchen, bathrooms and fittings and has been constructed (by an award winning builder) in an innovative manner that uses a variety of building materials to create an absolutely stunning product. Each pod has integral stainless steel gutters which water the trees and the house has an air source heating unit with under floor heating throughout. All windows are double glazed with some areas of curved glass, there is oak flooring throughout and many of the rooms enjoy superb views over the town of Beaminster and to the countryside beyond. There is a fitted A1-rated alarm/security system.
The kitchen and utility rooms are fitted with matching units with granite work surfaces, the kitchen has an island unit and integrated appliances to include two ovens, coffee machine, electric hob and extractor hood. The utility room has an integrated washing machine. The living room has bi-fold doors out onto a deck and each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom fitted with bespoke suites and tiling as well as fitted wardrobes.
There is an area for parking with oak steps which lead up to the accommodation. The property is surrounded by a number of oak decks that wrap around the pods and attractive gardens which have been landscaped with quartz chippings, shrubs and trees. To the rear of the property there is a small wildlife walk area.
