This well presented detached family house is constructed of brick under a tiled roof and was, we understand, built in the 1980s. Situated in the popular hamlet of Sunton it is approached over its own driveway to a parking area and porch A spacious entrance hall with a feature staircase and attractive exposed brick walling leads through to a well laid out kitchen which has a full range of painted units. There is also an integrated hob and oven and space for a double sized fridge. The well proportioned sitting room is dual aspect and opens to the dining room through an archway. There are glazed double doors leading to a garden terrace. A family room is conveniently located off the kitchen and has sliding doors on to a decked and enclosed courtyard. The present owners have converted the original garage into a home office which is a light room located off the main hall along a short passage providing an ideal space to work or alternatively another bedroom or reception room. There is a travertine floor throughout the ground floor which helps the contemporary feel of the house. There are four bedrooms (one used as a dressing room) on the first floor plus a family bathroom and en suite to the master bedroom. The windows and doors in the house have all been recently replaced.

An area of paving provides parking to the front of the property and a small gate leads through to the front garden which is mainly laid to lawn. It is surrounded by established hedging and borders of mature shrubs and seasonal flowers. There are two areas of sun terrace from which to enjoy the garden and to the rear is further lawn and a garden shed. An area of decking is accessed from the family room and the front passage way.
