This unique property consists of two detached houses; one a bungalow and the other a two storey former stable, offering versatile accommodation. The bungalow which we understand was built in the 1970s is constructed of rendered elevations under a tiled roof and is double glazed throughout. There are two bedrooms; the master having an en suite shower room and walk in wardrobe. The kitchen has a full range of wall and base units, a Rayburn and plumbing for a dishwasher. Off the kitchen is a garden/dining room and this includes glazed doors to the outside. The study is fitted with plenty of storage and has most attractive half height tongue and groove panelling. The sitting room has views to the front of the property and a wood burner set in a lovely brick and wood fireplace. The converted stable cottage sits just beyond the bungalow and is constructed of very attractive weathered red brick with a tiled roof. The original building is thought to be approximately 100 years old and was converted at the beginning of this year to include a galley kitchen with plumbing for a washing machine, a charming sitting room with understairs storage and French windows leading to the garden terrace. Upstairs is a generous sized, dual aspect bedroom with a vaulted ceiling and a separate shower room. The landing includes extensive eaves storage. The EPC Rating for the cottage is D
