It is far from isolated being only 4 miles from Bridport and the beautiful Jurassic Coast. The village of Marshwood is only a few miles away with village shop/post office and a popular primary school. Bridport is a thriving Georgian market town famed for its wide streets and twice weekly market. It offers excellent shopping and business facilities together with Arts Centre, Cinema/Entertainment Venue and Leisure Centre. There is easy access to the coast at West Bay, Eype, Seatown and Charmouth. The well known resort of Lyme Regis and the attractive town of Beaminster are also within easy reach. From our South Street office proceed to the Town Hall and turn left into West Street. At the second mini-roundabout turn right onto the B3162 signed Salwayash. At Dottery crossroads (after about 1.5 miles) turn left to Broadoak and Marshwood. Continue through Broadoak and Paddocks Cottage will be found on the same country lane on the right (it is located about one fifth of a mile past Paddocks Cross crossroads on the Broadoak to Shaves Cross country lane).
