Tregavarras is a small hamlet of period properties approximately two miles from Gorran Churchtown and within walking distance of Caerhays and the South Cornish footpath. Further facilities are available in Gorran Haven approximately three miles, Mevagissey five miles and St. Austell 8 miles. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are close by as is the Eden Project and some of the best beaches on the South Cornish coast including Porthluney, Hemmick and Vault.

The property is currently run as a successful holiday cottage with Cornish Traditional Cottages. Letting income is available through the listing agents. Viewings are restricted to the change-over day on Saturdays.
