Cowbeech is a small hamlet with a pub. For local amenities there is the village of Herstmonceux. An extensive range of shopping and recreational facilities are available in Hailsham and Eastbourne. There are railway stations at Uckield, Stonegate and Polegate.
From East Grinstead head south on the A 22. At the Boship roundabout take the 2nd exit on to the A 271. After about 2½ miles turn left towards Cowbeech. In Cowbeech turn right and the property will be found after about ½ mile on the right.
