Directions
From East Grinstead head south on A22 through Forest Row and at the second roundabout turn left onto the B2110 towards Hartfield. At Colemans Hatch turn right at the church and proceed to the end of this road. At the crossroads go directly across to the bottom of the hill and turn left over the splash. Proceed along the lane for about ¾ mile and the house will be found on the left.

Magnificently situated, adjacent to Ashdown Forest, in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Originally a deer hunting forest in Norman times, it is now the largest free public access space in the South East. It is a great place for walking, riding and enjoying spectacular views over the Sussex countryside and is known the world over as the ‘home’ of Winnie the Pooh.

Colemans Hatch has an extremely popular country pub and local amenities are available in either Forest Row or the historic village of Hartfield.
