TM International is a British Horse Society approved training centre and offers a full range of lessons for adults and children, along with membership to the riding club.
The stables offer livery at approximately £300 pcm but does not offer DIY livery on site. The business is open all year round and in the summer months runs a summer ride from the property to the Cheesewring public house in Minions for adults as well as a ride to the tea shops in Minions for children. The sale is due to retirement and the current owners have established and run the business since 1988 and built up strong repeat business.
The gross turnover for the business year ending December 2016 was £85,463 with the business being op
en 7 days a week. The business is not VAT registered.
In previous years they have run riding holidays from the dormitory accommodation. The business has potential to convert the riding centre building into a self-contained holiday letting cottage to provide extra income. The market for self-catering equestrian holiday properties is extremely popular, which allows you to bring your horse and ride out from the property. Bodmin Moor is a stunning background with its Tors and rugged landscape providing ideal riding.
