"We were initially attracted by the setting of the house, being one of just 13 houses set in the middle of the Lanhydrock golf course. We loved the gardens with its stream and the lovely view of the 18th fairway.
We spend many happy afternoons watching the golfers go by from the decking, chatting to some as they pass. It is such a peaceful location and was a wonderfully safe place for our cat. Unless you live here, nobody knows the houses even exist and it must be one of the only places in the country where it is safe enough to leave the front door unlocked and know you have nothing to worry about when you return.
Inside the house, we particularly liked the staircase which takes you upstairs to its two 'wings' and the house has all those extra rooms which are so useful such as a study, conservatory, dressing room and two en-suites as well as a double garage."

Property
This fine modern home was constructed by the well renowned developers Charles Church in 2001. The 13 statuesque homes set in pretty gardens gives the development the feel of a gated community.

A path from the drive leads to a covered entrance porch which in turn gives access to the large entrance hall whose fine double wing staircase features at its centre.

The location of the property means that quick access can be obtained to Bodmin parkway station and also the A30 and A38 trunk roads with Exeter being less than an hour’s drive. The good town facilities of Bodmin are less than 5 minutes’ drive from the property.
