We have loved and owned on Maenporth since 1996 and enjoyed the fantastic indoor pool, tennis courts, 29 acres of beautiful gardens, woodland land walks and views above one of the most idyllic, sheltered coves in England. We chose Beach Walk as it is the only bungalow with 4 separate double aspect patios in a private setting. Whilst secluded, inside it is light and bright. The large sitting room has high ceilings and skylights and each of the bedrooms have patio doors to the private patio. It is a very short walk to the beach and we have watched our children grow up here.

The pathway leads down to the front door which opens into the entrance hall, giving access to the kitchen to the right and bedrooms and bathroom to the left, with 2 steps that lead down to the living large room.
The fully fitted kitchen has a range of light wooden wall and base units incorporating ample cupboard space, drawer units, display wall cabinets, integrated dishwasher, electric hob, electric oven, microwave and washer dryer . 2 curved shallow steps lead down to the living room which has lots of natural light flooding in from its multiple windows and french doors. This room has a sense of space due to the vaulted ceiling with sky lights.
There is family bathroom and 2 bedrooms both double in size, with the french doors that lead out on to the secluded patios and gardens. The master bedroom benefits from a en-suite shower room.

Outside there are two all-weather tennis courts, children s playing area, dinghy park and beautiful woodland walks.
SURROUNDING AREAS The property is a short walk from the beautiful Maenporth Beach which has a café and offers various water sports activities. Opposite the beach is an award winning restaurant and bar. Coastal walks meander along the cliffs and coves, whilst the Rivers Fal and Helford offer some of the most attractive sailing in the country. There are golf courses at Falmouth and Budock Vean. Mawnan Smith is approximately 1½ miles away and offers excellent local amenities including a surgery. There is a wider range of facilities at Falmouth, with an eclectic mix of shops, restaurants and bars. The county city of Truro lies around 13 miles to the north. There is a branch railway line at Falmouth and a main line station at Truro. Scheduled flights operate from Newquay Airport to London and several other cities in the UK and Europe.

DIRECTIONS From Truro follow all signs for Falmouth along the A39. Just before reaching Falmouth at the Hillhead roundabout, take the second exit on to Union Road. Proceed along this road without deviation following all signs for Maenporth. Upon reaching the beach on the left hand side, and the Cove restaurant on the right take the immediate right to the gated entrance. Proceed up this hill following all the signs for the reception.
