Osbornes Farm Barn is a timber framed barn located within the curtilage of a Grade II Listed building. Set in grounds of approximately 0.5 acres comprising lawn, mature trees and hedging.
Planning consent was granted by South Norfolk District Council under 2006/0199 to convert the barn in to a residential dwelling in 2006 but has since lapsed. A copy of the previous consent is available upon request. In addition a new access to the barn was granted by South Norfolk District Council under 2010/1879.
