Whitlingham Hall was rebuilt in 1865 and owned by the Coleman family of Coleman's Mustard fame, before being sold in 1955 to Whitlingham Hospital where it was used as a convalescing home until its conversion into an exclusive residential development in 2003.
The Hall is surrounded by well kept gardens and parkland, situated in a secure gated environment in an elevated position, enjoying views over the Yare Valley and across to the City Centre. No.10A is a "maisonette" over three floors, forming part of the wing of the main Hall.
Immediately to the front is a walled garden laid to grass and a small barbecue terrace. Residents have access to the well-maintained communal gardens and lake. Residents also have access to the large Victorian conservatory. No.10A has a secure underground parking space and a further reserved parking bay. Visitor spaces are available.
