This attractive terraced house was built we believe in 1997 and is constructed of brick under a tiled roof. It is double glazed throughout and has been updated by the current owner in a stylish finish. The kitchen/dining area is particularly attractive and has an integrated dishwasher and electric oven and hob. There is a refrigerated breakfast unit which is both useful and stylish. There are French windows from the dining area to the garden. The sitting room has a door leading to the entrance hall, understairs storage and open plan stairs rising to the first floor. Upstairs are the family bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a fitted wardrobe with extensive storage and hanging space.
Gardens and grounds
The rear garden is well designed and is low maintenance with an area of gravel and another of decking with a wooden arbour over the top. There are raised flower beds and a picket fence at the bottom of the garden. To the rear of the property are two allocated parking spaces.
