5. Preliminary structural specification and calculations;

7. Plot soakaway designs and FW drainage designs;
8. A preliminary priced Bill of Quantities;
9. Approved plot landscaping drawings;
10. An arrangement to meet with the Project Architect to discuss the purchasers personalised requirements to the property in relation to design and planning options;
11. A copy of the Management Company contract and charging schedule.
The price if this Professionals Pack will be fixed at £45,000 per plot.

Each of the 16 plots are located to the north or south of the hotel. Plots 1-8 will be accessed from the original northern road to the hotel, whilst the other plots are accessed from the revised southern road. The hotel has a new independent access.

The grounds of the hotel are predominantly wooded around the boundary with a large level lawn adjacent to the original building. The plots are generally similar with a lawned garden and mature trees at their boundaries which give privacy.

From the grounds of the hotel there is access to the coastal foot path which leads in to St. Ives or back towards Carbis Bay and Lelant.
