The original cottage was built circa 1840 and has been extended over time to provide a substantial property in a quiet back water location at the end of a no through lane.
The main entrance hall leads through to the snug, dining room and on through a study area to the kitchen/breakfast room. Fitted with a range of Bespoke units and marble tops the room is bright with dual aspect to the front and rear, space for a table in front of a double sided wood burner and a door to the utility room. The dining room and snug are within the original part of the cottage. The sitting room to the rear of the property is a later addition, with windows on three sides overlooking the garden and doors out to the patio. The patio with a low wall and ample space for outside entertaining wraps around the back of the property, to ensure the best can be gained from the south facing aspect.
To the first floor there is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a family bathroom and three bedrooms. On the second floor there are two attic bedrooms.
