Local Show Centres and Hacking Out
The farm has the benefit of being within hacking distance of Ashdown Forest (permit required) where there is extensive heathland riding by permit. By trailer it is around 10 mins. Further riding out can be had at Bewl Water, Bedgbury Forest and Rotherfield Woodland (all these areas may require permits). There are 2 bridleways across the golf course which is only a short hack away, further riding out can be had off Hurstwood Equestrian Centre, Grosvenor Park and Sweethorns. Show centres include Chelwood Gate, Golden Cross, Petley Wood and Brendon Stud.

Situated in an unspoilt rural location off a quiet country lane on the southern side of Crowborough so has good access to the wide range of local shops, the leisure centre and the station at Jarvis Brook (London 61 mins). Royal Tunbridge Wells is 9 miles to the north which offers an excellent range of facilities.
Ashdown Forest is close by which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is ideal for walking, horse riding, golf and enjoying spectacular views over the Sussex Countryside.
