The integrated appliances include twin electric ovens slide-away drawers and warming drawers below, induction hob with retractable downdraft filter unit, stainless steel American style fridge freezer, microwave, sink with Quooker boiling-water tap, 2 drawer dishwasher and 2 zone wine safe. Adjoining the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine, drier and door to the garden. The dining room overlooks the garden and has double doors into the drawing room, which is a well-proportioned room with brick fireplace housing a gas coal-effect fire. Glazed doors open into the conservatory which has a slate floor and French doors to the garden. There is also a good size study with fitted desk, shelving and cabinets.
Upstairs is a galleried landing with airing cupboard and loft hatch. The attractive principal bedroom has fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom as does the guest suite. There are 3 further bedrooms and a spacious, well-appointed family bathroom with shower cubicle, bath, and wash hand basin set in vanity unit.
Gates open onto a gravel drive, which sweeps through the front garden to a parking and turning area in front of the house. To the side of the drive is the double garage, which has remote up-and-over door, power and lighting. The front garden is mainly laid to lawn with mature trees, hedges and shrubs. To the rear of the garage is a garden store. A five-bar gate between the house and garage leads to a spacious block paved terrace surrounded by fencing and trellising. A gate from here leads to the back garden which has another terrace running along the southern side of the house, leading onto an expanse of lawn bordered by mature trees and shrubs. In the corner of the garden is a summerhouse and on the western side of the house is a Boules court.
