Stuart House was designed by the architect to recreate the curves of an ocean liner in the style of art deco. The house is beautifully appointed and takes in the amazing views from every window, many of which open onto roof terraces. The ground floor has a lift to the two upper floors with a large
office which was converted from the treble garage.
On the first floor there is a stunning open plan living/dining area with state of the art kitchen with bi-fold doors onto the south facing sun terrace overlooking the coastline. The four bedrooms are on the second floor all of which have ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom and a guest bedroom
have access to the balcony which wraps around the front of the house.
Stuart House is approached over a driveway with parking for several cars which in turns leads to the private gated driveway to the house where additional parking is found. An area of lawn lies off the driveway with established plants and shrubs. Two south facing sun terraces are found to
the front of the house perfect for dining or enjoying the coastal views. To the rear of the property is a terrace with steps leading to tiered areas of further terracing, seating areas and a lawn. A gravelled path leads from the rear of the house to the front of the house.
