Beyond is the drawing room, which is a wonderful size with a brick fireplace and door to garden. Next to the drawing room is the conservatory with tiled floor and French doors to the garden. The kitchen/breakfast room has a quarry tiled floor, fitted units, worksurfaces, stainless steel sink unit, oil fired boiler, 4 ring electric hob and a double oven. Adjoining the kitchen is a rear lobby with shelved larder
On the first floor is a spacious principal bedroom with fitted shelves and a dressing area with fitted wardrobes. There are 3 further bedrooms, family bathroom, shower room and separate WC.
A wooden five bar gate open to the drive, which leads to a parking area next to the house, where there is an attached single garage with fuel store, a timber garage and garden store.
There is a formal garden on the southern side of the house with a flagstone terrace leading out onto the lawn. The lawn is surrounded by hedging and has borders. The garden continues around to the side of the house where there are further borders and access to the woodland. To the rear of the house is a further lawn/paddock area, fruit cage, apple trees and a brick store.
