The property is set back from the lane in a slightly elevated position with a low stone wall, mature hedging and a gravel driveway to the front.
On entering the property there is a generous size reception hallway / library and study area with a window to the rear giving the first glimpse of the lovely gardens. From here there is a short hallway to the utility room and on through to the reception rooms. At the heart of the house is the dining room which has an open plan feel as it flows through to the kitchen, conservatory and sitting room. The kitchen is a bright room, fitted in a traditional style with a range of cream units and a large window overlooking the front garden. The sitting room is a good size with a fireplace as the focal point and with French Doors to the side leading to a paved area and the outlook from this room is towards the fields and woodland beyond. A haven for wildlife and attracting an array of wild birds.
Stairs lead from the sitting room to the first floor accommodation. Within the original part of the house there are two generous bedrooms, a Jack and Jill bathroom, a family bathroom and a comfortable seating / study area, prefect for escaping from the main reception rooms to read or relax. A later addition to the property provides further living and bedroom accommodation, in the form of a study, family room and two further bedrooms.
