It is in an area of outstanding natural beauty providing opportunity for a full range of outside sports and activities. Sunton is a small hamlet on the edge of Collingbourne Ducis and is well placed for road access to Newbury, Marlborough and Andover and the M4 motorway is accessible either at Junction 14 or 15 at Swindon and Hungerford. There are mainline rail stations at Pewsey and Andover
From Marlborough High Street proceed south on the A346 through the Savernake Forest and onto Burbage. At the Burbage roundabout take the 3rd exit to Salisbury and continue along this road for approximately 3-4 miles, through the village of Collingbourne Kingstone and onto Collingbourne Ducis. In Collingbourne Ducis turn left onto Cadley road and just past the Spar convenience store on the left hand side turn left into Sunton. Continue along this road for approximately 200m and the cottage can be found shortly afterwards on the right hand side.
