No.3 The Green is a late C17/early C18 brick and flint, timber framed, cottage under a thatched roof, with a south facing aspect overlooking the village green. Originally a row of three terraced cottages, two have been amalgamated into one.

Accesses from Sandpit Lane to the rear, there is off street parking for three cars to the rear and a fenced garden and mature Beech tree, currently used by guests staying in Little Green. A paved rear courtyard overlooking an ornamental pond filled with Carp, has a circulatory pump, providing the tranquil sound of running water. A separate timber store is currently used as a workshop.
