Directions
From M23 junction 10 take A264 towards East Grinstead. At the second roundabout take the exit signed Three Bridges. Proceed up the lane over the dam and take the first drive on the left and the property will be found at the end.

Communications
There are mainline railway stations at Three Bridges and Gatwick providing services to London Bridge/Victoria, the latter in about 35 minutes. The M23 provides good access to London, Brighton, Gatwick and the motorway network.
