Natalie was as helpful as anyone could be, I needed assistance a couple of times through the process and as soon as I contacted her, she was on the case and resolved my issues almost before I put the phone down! Five stars doesn’t seem enough, given the impeccable service given by Natalie, she even brought the keys over to me!

Having Natalie to help us through the purchase was a wonderful experience. She was warm, professional, efficient, and very flexible and responsive when those little situations crop up for which a little extra is required.

We have used Humbert’s twice now and both times we used the wonderful Natalie. The photos and videos are always so professional and I think it’s wonderful they do not charge extra for the walk through videos and photos as other estate agents do.

After our move to North Wales we were wanting to sell our holiday cottage in Somerset. Alistair was just so enthusiastic about our Home and this along with the valuation made our minds up for us .
