Alex, Alastair and Mandy were absolutely superb selling our property, from valuation through the offer process to the collection of keys for completion day the service was five star. Humberts actually collect the key from you prior to completion and are at the property to meet the buyer, a rare extra service other agents don’t seem to offer.

We have recently bought a house through Humberts of Honiton. Even though they were acting on behalf of the vendors, it seemed to us that they were always acting with our best interests at heart too.

Alex in particular was always available to pass on info as required. He is professional and his communications skills are superb.
