They took over the agency for our house sale in Truro after we had had a very disappointing time with another agency, a company with a ‘national perspective’ which had chased us for the work, and from whom many (not all) communications were automated. That relationship resulted in no offers. Humberts were the opposite – very ‘hands-on’. They have a very efficient staff who keep you in touch for every viewing. This resulted in a quick succession of offers. Duncan, the manager, even helped us to find removers at short notice who also turned out to be cheaper than most and very efficient. Thanks Humberts.
