First revolutionary Hub opens its doors in Poundbury
Humberts continues its journey going from strength to strength as it moved into its first high tech, high touch 5000sq ft brand new Humberts Hub in Poundbury, Dorset on 12th November, in conjunction with launching its lifestyle concierge, Humberts Living.
Poundbury, part of the Duchy of Cornwall, was built on the principles of architecture and urban planning as advocated by The Prince of Wales in ‘A Vision of Britain’ to give priority to people, rather than cars, and where commercial buildings are mixed with residential areas, shops and leisure facilities to create a walkable community. This refreshing philosophy was important for Humberts when choosing its first Hub location, to put emphasis back into engagement with its clients on a personal level – favouring a refreshing new day-to-day dynamic, renouncing the traditional impersonal estate agent office approach.
A wider team of Property Consultants will also service the whole Dorset area allowing Humberts to expand their expertise across the county and pooling resources into one central thriving Hub, overseen by Natalie Hingley, the regional manager.
“The first Humberts Hub is leading the way for us as a company in showcasing our new high tech, high touch philosophy in a brand-new building fit for purpose. We aim to be a key location for our local community and encourage all those that are interested in what we’re doing to come down and say hello. Myself and the team look forward to seeing both familiar and new faces soon, as well as revealing more exciting updates over the coming months” comments Natalie on the opening of the new Hub.
