Following the recent appointment of two new Property Consultants to Humberts Hub in Somerset and Wiltshire, the heritage property Estate Agent is delighted to welcome back Becky Wakelin, Property Consultant for Salisbury.
Making the bold decision to vacate their high street office in Salisbury, Humberts have since launched the regional Humberts Hub which covers a larger area and provides a more modern and extensive service than ever before.
Becky Wakelin’s return to Humberts proves that the brand is a trailblazer in the Estate Agency world as it continues to refine the way it works to stay relevant – adding services that matter and experienced Property Consultants that offer a personalised approach. Assistant Regional Manager, Alex Townsend says “We are delighted to welcome back Becky Wakelin into the team. It’s great to have such a proactive, knowledgeable and hardworking person back in the Humberts fold. We very much look forward to working with Becky to re-establish the Humberts brand in an area we both know and love.”
Becky has a real passion for property and has been successfully selling country homes in Devon, Dorset and Wiltshire for the past seven years. She prides herself on exemplary customer service and attention to detail and along with being a member of the NAEA, she is currently working towards RICS and interior design qualifications. In her spare time, Becky can be found at the beach or on her next travel adventure. Becky says, “Having previously worked at Humberts for the past 5½ years both in the Honiton and Salisbury offices, I am delighted to be back and working with the Somerset and Wiltshire Hub. Salisbury is such a fantastic city and there are several reasons why I call it home and think many others should. With beautiful architecture, a vibrant arts scene, bustling centre and heritage on the doorstep, I can’t wait to start working with buyers and sellers alike to help them take the next step.”
The regional Hubs, mean that Humberts covers an area far larger than before, while offering an improved service. Property Consultants can now visit clients in their own homes, working around their needs and offering expert advice in buying, selling or letting. Supporting them, a base team of executives work from the Hubs, where they process enquiries, coordinate consultants and ensure that they never miss a call from interested buyers.
The average time it now takes a Humberts Property Consultant to find a buyer (accepted offer) is 37 days and on average they achieve 95% of the guide price of the properties that they market. In addition, Humberts has been praised for their personal approach - receiving a Feefo rating of 4.7 out of 5 with over 80% of clients highly recommending the Estate Agent.
