Directions
Exit M23 at junction 10 onto A264 towards East Grinstead. At the 2nd roundabout take first exit to Copthorne and turn right just after Prince Albert pub onto Copthorne Bank. Head north for about 2½ miles. Turn right just after the Co-Op onto Plough Road for ½ mile then turn right onto Dowlands Lane. The property is the first on the right.
