THE PROPERTY.
3 Stable Courtyard is an attractive attached residence which originally formed part of the stable complex and estate managers offices to the west of the Manor, hence it is listed as Grade II*. It sits around a stunning cobbled courtyard with a central water fountain and is of very handsome proportions with its stone and tile hung elevations under a steeply pitched tiled roof. The property has several striking exterior features such as the imposing arched entranceway, heavy mullions and leaded lights, quoin stones and a large balcony off the principal bedroom. 3 Stable Courtyard is beautifully situated next to the picturesque St Pancras Church and takes advantage of some exceptional views over the gardens and estate land with glimpses of the sea in the distance.
The property has been the subject of a considerable programme of refurbishment in recent years and is found in superb order with the period character and elegant proportions harmonising beautifully with a more modern approach to some of the fittings and decorations. This is most noticeable in the stunning kitchen which has a more contemporary feel and benefits from integral appliances and underfloor heating. The underfloor heating also extends through to the drawing room which has an oak floor, French doors to the terrace and an impressive open fireplace.
3 Stable Courtyard benefits from three bedroom suites to the first floor, the principal of which is a magnificent vaulted room with French doors onto the balcony, exceptional views and a luxury en-suite which features a slipper bath and large shower cubicle. It also has a landing area which is currently utilised as a study.
GARDENS & GROUNDS.
3 Stable Courtyard sits on the southerly corner of the courtyard and therefore has larger than average, sunny lawned gardens to the rear and side. They are interspersed with a variety of mature shrubs and trees and there is a good-sized paved terrace which takes in the glorious views.
The property has parking in the large communal parking area which gives access to the impressive arched carriageway through to the courtyard.
