THE AGENTS SAY....
A unusual proposition, this attractive little barn may be suitable for a variety of uses. At present it is most suited to significant storage on two levels, as there are no services connected but the potential to do so could be investigated. Services would enable the barn to be used as a craft or gym studio, or similar, or as a workshop. Currently there is no planning for conversion to residential use but subject to consent it may be possible to convert it in the future. Vehicle and pedestrian access to the barn is over a shared driveway with rights of way and the barn has an up and over door.
