No.3 The Green is a late C17/early C18 brick and flint, timber framed, cottage under a thatched roof, with a south facing aspect overlooking the village green. Originally a row of three terraced cottages, two have been amalgamated into one.

Accessed from Sandpit Lane to the rear, there is off street parking for up to six cars to the rear, a fenced garden and mature Beech tree, currently used by guests staying in Little Green. A paved rear courtyard overlooking an ornamental pond which has a circulatory pump, providing the tranquil sound of running water. A separate timber store is currently used as a workshop. To the front of the house is a picket fenced garden, laid to lawn.
