THE OWNERS WORDS
We chose to live at Bennett Meadows as it is a spacious, well-proportioned house, with an open plan feel. It provides idyllic views - which are stunning, no matter what the season, and it is an attractive location for enjoying the wildlife.
Trispen is a small village, with a community feel, and our property is located next to St Erme Community Centre - where many events are held throughout the year.
Living here provides excellent commuter access to the city of Truro, as well as other nearby villages and towns, and we have enjoyed having access to local attractions and amenities - many within easy reach of the A30
Less than two years old, this beautiful detached family home of traditional construction is immaculately presented with fantastic detail throughout. The middle of three detached homes, this property is nicely tucked away from the shared entrance, with no passing traffic as a beautiful Cornish stone wall separates the final plot. This has the added benefit of increasing the available parking area for 5 or so vehicles.
A generous entrance hall with w/c and store cupboard leads through to a wonderfully light a spacious semi-open plan living/dining area flowing nicely into the kitchen. The semi-divided reception rooms offer a great balance between open plan and cellular layout for social family living. A fantastic unexpected extra on this expansive ground floor is the gorgeous sun room to the rear. The sliding doors access from the living and dining area and dual brilliantly to provide excellent light through to both reception rooms, aided further by a full glazed door to the patio area.
The gorgeous fitted kitchen exudes class. A range of matching floor and wall cabinetry in a classic Shaker style with a peninsula breakfast bar, dividing the dining area, are complimented by the undercounter and plinth LEDs. Built in Whirlpool appliances include integrated dishwasher, microwave oven, double oven, induction hob and extractor and a Haier American style fridge freezer. A useful utility area with Beko washing machine opens to the integral garage and outside access.
The Kahrs engineered wood flooring throughout the ground floor perfectly coupling with oak wood doors is a gentle reminder to the quality within this stylish yet practical family home. All fitted blinds, by Hillarys, will remain along with light fittings and window dressings.
First floor accommodation comprises four double bedrooms, with two en-suites and a family bathroom. All rooms are of generous proportions and the three to the rear benefit from stunning far reaching rural views. Both en-suites are excellently appointed with the master in particular, fitted with full tiled floor and walls, rainforest shower, chrome heated towel rail, electric mirror and vanity unit. The second en-suite is similarly fitted whilst the family bathroom features a bath with shower over and Velux window. The attention to detail and high-quality materials add the finishing touches to a very well presented home.
The enclosed rear garden is laid mostly to lawn with a sheltered patio/outside dining area. The far-reaching views across rolling countryside are quite stunning. This has cleverly been maximised by a simple post and rail fence to the end boundary that backs immediately onto farmland, whilst attractive fencing between the neighbours ensures privacy.
A substantial gravelled driveway to the front offers parking for several vehicles.
