A handsome late Victorian house with adaptable and very spacious accommodation, set in a stunning country location with views over your own 20 acres.
Stentwood Coach House is a particularly handsome detached residence which is located in a beautiful semi-rural location on the country fringes of Dunkeswell. The property was built in the late 1800s and has evolved greatly over the years into the very comfortable and spacious home we find today, which has accommodation spanning over 3000sqft. It has an easterly orientation with all the principal rooms taking advantage of breath-taking views over your very own private hidden valley.
The accommodation retains a wealth of character and is in excellent order having been the subject of considerable expenditure in recent years. Worthy of particular mention is the beautifully appointed kitchen which has bespoke units under granite and oak tops, and the large drawing room with its picture window and Jetmaster fire.

Undoubtedly one of Stentwood Coach Houses main features is its superb setting which offers a great deal of privacy and quietude. The land slopes to the east where there are large sweeping lawns which are interspersed with a variety of specimen trees, summerhouse and a large pond. To the bottom of the valley is a block of native woodland with extends to about 14 acres and in total the gardens and grounds extend to just over 20 acres.
