From the Windermere office, follow the A592 down to Newby Bridge and turn right at the roundabout onto the A590 to Greenodd. Turn Right at the Greenodd roundabout, signposted Broughton and Millom and follow the road for approx. 10 miles, past Burlington Slate quarry, through Grizebeck, past the High Cross Inn and down to the traffic lights at Duddon Bridge. Turn right at the lights before the bridge signposted Seathwaite and continue down this road for approx. 15 mins crossing the river Duddon, past Ulpha Church and Post Office, after a further 2 miles cross the river again and enter the hamlet of Hall Dunnerdale. The property is the last on the left hand side. Note: you have gone too far if you reach the Newfield Inn.
