A detached house with beautiful sea views and coastal paths nearby. The Haven is a wonderful four bedroom home, which has been owned by the family since the 1930s. Great care and attention was given to the fittings and there are some beautifully crafted cupboards, units, skirtings and doors, many of which are in Afromosia. The accommodation is directed towards the sea and there are stunning views from all the principal rooms, and from all three floors. Worthy of particular note is the beautifully fitted Tulip wood kitchen and this is open to a dining area with access onto the balcony, with of course the stunning sea views. The home also comes with a utility room, office, conservatory, garage, shed, and a block built potting shed.
Heybrook Bay is a small coastal village, which has the benefit of the Eddystone Inn. The coastal path at the bottom of Heybrook Drive follows the coast along to Wembury, and in the opposite direction you can walk to Westlake Bay, Crownhill Bay and Bovisand Bay to name but a few. The next nearest village is Down Thomas, where there is the Mussell Inn and a local Post Office which can also deliver newspapers.
