Situation

Copper Castle is one of the most iconic buildings situated on the edge of the popular market town. The property is on a good-sized plot in and has countryside views to the rear. Honiton is a bustling market town with a thriving community and is particularly well known as an antique and book centre. It has most of the usual multiples such as W. H. The Property

Copper Castle origins date back to the early 19th century and still many of the period features remain to this former Toll House. These include the Tall Gothic windows, Gothic door and castellated parapet.

The property has been occupied for the last 27 years and in this time several extensions have been added and these include a good-size kitchen/breakfast room and a lovely double-glazed conservatory with access to the rear garden. Although the property is Grade II listed it does have mostly double and secondary glazed windows and is gas centrally heated. Some elements of the property are now somewhat dated and do require some immediate attention, and this has been considered when setting the guide price.
