We were charmed by this lovely little cottage and stayed in it very happily before we bought another larger property on the Estate. It is a perfect holiday cottage enjoying many amenities on and around the Estate well equipped, well presented and very comfortable.

The proximity to the beautiful Maenporth Beach, which is excellent for paddle boarding and kayaking, combined with the brilliant on-site facilities make this an incredibly popular location for visitors.

To the rear is the slightly larger which allows room for free standing furniture, whilst to the front, currently arranged as a twin room for letting purposes, this bedroom benefits from built in above stairs storage and enjoys great light from a Velux sky light. The family bathroom is well finished with fully tiled floor and walls with wash hand basin and pedestal, toilet, bath with mixer shower over and glass shower screen.
Outside is a private patio area, ideal for a table and chairs which leads out to communal lawns beautifully maintained by the estate management.

The property is a short walk from the beautiful Maenporth Beach which has a café and offers various water sports activities. Opposite the beach is an award winning restaurant and bar. Coastal walks meander along the cliffs and coves, whilst the Rivers Fal and Helford offer some of the most attractive sailing in the country. There are golf courses at Falmouth and Budock Vean. Mawnan Smith is approximately 1½ miles away and offers excellent local amenities including a surgery. There is a wider range of facilities at Falmouth, with an eclectic mix of shops, restaurants and bars. The county town of Truro lies around 13 miles to the north. There is a branch railway line at Falmouth and a main line station at Truro. Scheduled flights operate from Newquay Airport to London and several other cities in the UK and Europe.
From Truro follow all signs for Falmouth along the A39. Just before reaching Falmouth at the Hillhead roundabout, take the second exit on to Union Road. Proceed along this road without deviation following all signs for Maenporth. Upon reaching the beach on the left hand side, and the Cove restaurant on the right take the immediate right to the barriered entrance. Proceed up this hill following all the signs for the reception.
