THE OWNER'S WORDS
Having spent all my childhood holidaying in and around Falmouth, we had been looking for an ideal property/location to purchase, so we could give our little girls the wonderful holiday memories I had as a child. Eventually, we found that place on the Maenporth Estate. Although needing a little TLC when we bought it, we saw the potential to transform it into the cosy holiday home it is today. Both our little girls have learnt to swim in the lovely indoor pool, body board on Falmouths best beach Maenporth and explore the estate having wonderful adventures and gaining life long memories along the way. Whoever buys this lovely holiday home will do so in the knowledge that it holds bucket loads of happy memories.
Steps lead down to the entrance, adjacent to which is a useful storage cupboard which is great for the usual beach going paraphernalia. The entrance hall, softly decorated and offering a fitting beach theme sets the tone for the cozy yet stylish feel throughout with warm wood effect flooring and modern radiator. This is furthermore evident in the recently renovated shower room which has been beautifully appointed with double shower and fully tiled floor and walls. It is well equipped practically too with built in fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and inset porcelain sink with mixer bowl and ceramic hob. A separate breakfast bar matching the oak work top is a lovely touch.
