The property is a short walk from the beautiful Maenporth Beach which has a café and offers various water sports activities. Opposite the beach is an award winning restaurant and bar. Coastal walks meander along the cliffs and coves, whilst the Rivers Fal and Helford offer some of the most attractive sailing in the country. There are golf courses at Falmouth and Budock Vean. Mawnan Smith is approximately 1½ miles away and offers excellent local amenities including a surgery. From Truro follow all signs for Falmouth along the A39. Just before reaching Falmouth at the Hillhead roundabout, take the second exit on to Union Road.Proceed along this road without deviation following all signs for Maenporth. Upon reaching the beach on the left hand side, and the Cove restaurant on the right take the immediate right and proceed through the gate and at the top of the hill turn proceed straight ahead at the first juntion into the development and then turn right and the property will be found on the right hand side.
