Semi detached character cottage in a peaceful village setting, offering equestrian stables with three acres of land and outbuildings.
Situated in the beautiful hamlet of Tremar Coombe is this character semi detached home. The property is perfect for those looking for a well-positioned family home that also caters for equestrians, with its two paddocks and stable blocks.
Entering the property through the front door takes you into a reception/entrance hall, where the period features of the house are extremely evident with a granite fireplace housing the solid fuel fire. A door leads into the living room, with two front aspect windows affording generous natural light and a Lpg gas fire with granite fireplace. From the reception room a door also leads into the kitchen, which in turn leads to the rear entrance hall. From here there is a door opening to the bathroom and the utility room/WC. Stairs rise from the reception room to serve the first floor. From the landing there are doors opening to two double bedrooms, with the master to the front elevation and 2nd bedroom to the side elevation, both of which are generous in size. To the rear elevation is a WC and the third bedroom with double aspect windows. Internally the property offers tremendous potential for updating whilst retaining many of the original period features.
The property is approached over common land to the front elevation, affording off road parking and leads to the garage. There is also a five-bar gate which provides access to the stables. A wrought iron gate opens to the front garden laid to lawn and there is further garden to the side with a lawned area, Cornish stone walling and mature shrubs. A timber gate provides access to the rear garden which is enclosed with various shrubs and planted trees. A further gate provides access into a gated dog garden and offers access to the lower field via a timber gate.
