The Cathedral City and Devon's County Town of Exeter, is some 15 miles to the west with excellent shopping facilities, theatres, main line rail link to London (Paddington), M5 access and small international airport.
Bay Lodge was constructed in 2007 and was built onto the rear of Grade II Listed Wyndham Court on Sidmouth Esplanade. A fenced and gated walkway leads to the entrance door and its own courtyard. Bay Lodge which has access from the rear Wyndham Court Walkway and patio which leads onto York Street. The combi gas boiler is located in a cupboard housing on the rear wall of the property.
